It’s the 4th of July — a day for family, fireworks, and freedom. Grill’s hot. Flags are waving. Most people are winding down.

But here’s the question every serious athlete should ask themselves today:

Did I put in the work?

🔥 HOLIDAY OR NOT — THE GRIND DOESN'T STOP

For most, today is a holiday.

For elite athletes? It’s another opportunity.

While the rest of the country is relaxing, the ones chasing something bigger — a spot on the roster, a starting spot, a scholarship — found a way to get it in.

Got a run in before the parade

Hit the gym before the BBQ

Put up shots before the day slipped away

Because here’s the truth: these days matter most.

The days where it’s easy to skip. The days where everyone else is off.

That’s when separation happens.
